1. WHAT IS RESERVE WITH GOOGLE?
Reserve with Google is a platform that allows Internet users to create reservations at their favorite establishments: restaurants, hotels, beauty salons and even gyms. Any Internet user can make a reservation through Google, even if they do not have a Google account.
Surely the vast majority of customers are users of Google or any of its connected applications. And those customers who have already tried Google Reservations for the first time become recurring users because for them everything is advantages:
- It is available 24 hours a day from anywhere and from any device, even from your cars.
- The reservation is made in a few seconds, comfortably and almost without entering data.
- Reservation confirmation is immediate (except for reservation exceptions that require confirmation from the establishment).
- Users trust Google, as well as its data privacy policy and/or its data security systems.
- Users avoid making phone calls to businesses, which are not always answered immediately.
- For all these reasons, more and more Internet users are becoming Google Reservations users. And if a service is convenient for your customers, it will also be beneficial for your business.
2. HOW DOES THE INTEGRATION BETWEEN RESERVE WITH GOOGLE AND REVO FLOW WORK?
This integration allows us to use Reserve with Google with Revo FLOW.
Therefore, once active and working, customers will be able to make reservations at your restaurant from Google in a faster and more comfortable way for them.
In addition, these reservations will automatically enter our Revo FLOW account and we will see them reflected both in the app and in the back-office.
The clients of these reservations will be generated as sporadic clients in Revo FLOW, that is, it will collect the necessary client data for the reservation, but without saving their file.
At any time we can convert a sporadic client to a normal client from the Revo FLOW app and in this way have their file stored.
3. HOW TO HIRE SERVICE AND CONFIGURE REVO FLOW:
Important: Firstly, in order to contract the Reserve with Google service, the client must be a REVO client. On the other hand, the client must be registered with Google.
From now on:
1. We access the back-office of Revo FLOW.
2. Click on: Integrations.
3. From the Add button, we search for Book with Google.
We must verify the data that appears below. They will be used to relate your company to Reserve with Google. By default, when adding the Reserve with Google integration, some data is populated with the settings in the "Business" section of the Revo FLOW back-office.
Note: We have to keep in mind that modifying the following parameters does not have an immediate effect and may take some time to be reflected in Reserve with Google.

Phone: Phone number with country code. For example: +34900104668 (No spaces).

Services: Select the services of our Revo FLOW account that we want to be available in Reserve with Google.

Maximum occupancy percentage: Sets a maximum limit of places available for online reservations. We suggest starting with a low percentage, like 20%. It is important to consider that setting a high percentage could lead to overbooking, meaning it could match bookings made through the Revo FLOW app.

Max. people per reservation: Maximum number of people for each reservation.
6. Click Save to confirm the changes.
7. Once we have completed all the setup, the activation process by Google could take up to 24 hours. If after this time it hasn't been activated, we should contact our distributor to open a support ticket with REVO.
8. Once the registration process has finished and REVO has approved our request, we will now have Reserve with Google active and working.
Anyone can successfully make a reservation on Google for our location.
Once you have located the place on Google, you only have to press the "RESERVE A TABLE" button, select the number of diners, date, time and fill in the contact information.
Note: Finally, we must take into account that the Capacity by rooms functionality of the section Revo FLOW back-office Settings does not** support Reserve with Google.
4. HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE
In case we want to unsubscribe from the Reserve with Google service, it will not be necessary to notify REVO, we will simply have to deactivate the integration "Reserve with Google" from the Revo FLOW back-office.
Note: We must keep in mind that deactivating the "Book with Google" integration may not have an immediate effect and it may take some time for the deactivation of the service to take effect.
