Permissions determine the use of the app of each employee.

Here you can set up different permission groups. This section is very flexible and allows each administrator to set up the permissions for certain employees.

These are the current permissions that can be set up:

Basic

  • Name: Add a name to the permission to identify it.

Order

  • Reopen orders: With this permission enabled, this employee can reopen orders already closed (collected).

  • Cancel orders: With this permission enabled, this employee can cancel orders. At the time of doing so, a reason is required. You can see the cancelled orders in this Report.

  • Can refund order: With this permission enabled, this employee can make refunds.

  • Modify printed order products: With this permission enabled, this employee can modify the products that have been printed from the order.

  • Void order contents: Enable this permission to let the employee delete products from an order once they have been printed (sent to kitchen or bar) or the order saved. You can see the contents cancelled in this Report.

  • Can delete contents when status is Print Check: Enable this permission to let the employee delete products from an order once the print check has been printed. A reason can be required. You can see the contents cancelled in this Report.

  • Apply discounts: With this permission enabled, this employee can apply Pre-Set Discounts in the back-office.

  • Apply custom discounts: With this permission enabled, the employee can create customized discounts at any time from the app. That is, they can create a discount and adapt it to their needs.

Note: The customized discounts are those created on the fly and strictly for temporary use. That is, once applied to that order, the discount is not saved. If you need the discount to be always available, you must create a pre-established discount in the back-office.

  • Access previous day orders: Enable this permission to let the employee access and apply different actions on orders from previous days.

  • Ticket Reprint: Enable this permission to let the employee reprint the receipt on the printers associated with the products contained in the order.

Cash control

  • Charge orders: With this permission enabled, this employee can charge (close) orders.

  • Void payments: With this permission enabled, this employee can apply the Cancelled Payment method, created for orders where the client has left without paying. In this way, that order is closed as a loss (the products have been served but not collected).

  • Print General Report Z: With this permission enabled, the employee will be able to print all the Z Reports in case there are several cashiers set up in the account.
