1. WHAT IS JUST EAT?

Just Eat is an online platform for ordering food for delivery. Users can view menus, place orders, and pay for their orders at restaurants affiliated with the platform through the application, available for both iOS and Android, or through the website.


2. HOW DOES THE INTEGRATION BETWEEN JUST EAT <-> REVO WORK?

The JUST EAT <-> REVO integration allows us to receive all orders placed through the JUST EAT platform in the REVO system to unify all orders to be processed. It enables us to perform the following actions:

  • Management of the JUST EAT order in REVO.
  • Catalogue update.

3. CONFIGURATION IN REVO

1. Access the back-office of REVO.

2. Click on Integrations.

3. From the Add button, search for JUST EAT. Click on Add.



4. Fill in the following information:



  • Active: Enabled

  • Name: Identifying name for the integration.

  • Test: Disabled

  • API Key: xxx

  • Test Account ID: Used only in testing. Only allows uploading the catalogue.

    NOTE: The API Key and Test Account ID are provided by JUST EAT.

  • Catalogue Title: Enter a title for our catalogue on JUST EAT.

  • Categories: Select the categories you want to synchronize with the JUST EAT platform.

  • Fee: Select the fees you want to add to the JUST EAT platform.

  • Start delivery time: Enter the start time for home delivery.

  • End delivery time: Enter the end time for home delivery.

  • Fee for pickup menu: Select the fees for the menus you want to add to the JUST EAT platform for pickup.

  • Start pickup time: Enter the start time for pickup orders.

  • End pickup time: Enter the end time for pickup orders.

5. Click on Save.

6. Once the integration is configured, simply click on the and click on Upload Catalog to upload the configuration to JUST EAT.

Note: In Just Eat, prices cannot be negative. If there is any, an error message will appear.

THE INTEGRATION IS NOW COMPLETED!


4. PLACE AN ORDER ON JUST EAT

1. We receive the order from JUST EAT in the "Delivery" module of REVO.
