When you receive or create a booking, the origin will appear. This way, you will know where your clients are coming from and can better focus your strategies.

You can easily create origins:

1. Access the back-office of Revo FLOW.

2. Go to Configuration / ORIGIN.

3. Click on +New and complete the information:



  • Active:
  • Name: Add an identifying name.

4. Click on Save.


ORIGIN IN THE APP

All bookings will automatically indicate the origin. It will appear along with the date, time, shift, guests, room, and table.



HOW TO MANUALLY ADD THE ORIGIN

To add the booking origin, select it when creating the booking. Once the guest's information fields are filled out and accepted, the screen with the data will appear. There, the origin field will appear. If you click on it, a dropdown menu with the options configured in the back-office will appear.

Select an origin and tap Finish.



You can also add it to an already created booking:

1. Find the booking and tap on the

2. Click on Origin:



3. Select the origin. You will automatically return to the previous screen.



4. Finally, click on Save changes.
