At Revo XEF, you can make a full or partial refund of some products when the customer for some reason claims a refund. In some occasions, this utility can also help us in case of error, to make a complete refund and recreate a new order. In this way, the cash count will be right.

How to make a full refund:

  1. Access the Revo menu r (on the top left corner).

  2. Select the option Today's orders

  3. Locate the order to be refunded.

  4. Once selected, click on the button Fast actions

  5. Click on I want to make a refund

  6. Select Total refund

  7. Enter a reason.

  8. Click on Total refund

  1. Automatically, an order is opened with all the products in negative. Click on the collect button (coins).

  1. Make the refund in the chosen form of payment (cash, credit card, etc.). In this way, the order will be closed completing the entire refund.

Note: A full or partial refund cannot be left half-completed. If, for some reason, you do not want to proceed with the refund, you can delete all the products and click on Exit. This action would cancel the refund. In order to delete the products, it is required to have the enabled permission.

If you re-enter Today's orders, you will see that the refund was successful. In orders with refunds, a new icon appears to identify them more quickly and the system also blocks them to avoid errors or multiple refunds.


How to make a partial refund:

  1. Access the Revo menu r (on the top left corner).

  2. Select the option Today's orders

  3. Locate the order to be refunded.

  4. Once selected, click on the button Fast actions

  5. Click on I want to make a refund

  6. Select Partial refund

  1. Enter a reason.

  2. Click on Partial refund

  3. On the next screen, select the product (s) to be refunded.

  1. Click on Make the refund to confirm.

  2. Automatically, an order opens with only the products selected in negative. Click on the collect button (coins).

  1. Make the refund in the chosen payment method (cash, card, etc.). In this way, the order will be closed completing the partial refund.
