1. PREVIOUS CONSIDERATIONS
- If a customer wants to add Revo HANDY to their Revo XEF account, they must request the corresponding dataphone from their bank.
- To perform card payments via Revo HANDY, you must have the bank/gateway payment application installed and configured correctly on the device.
- Adding Revo HANDY to a Revo XEF account counts as an extra device in the corresponding subscription.
2. HOW TO CONFIGURE REVO HANDY?
First, you will activate the Revo HANDY license in your Revo XEF account.
INTEGRATION CONFIGURATION
1. Access the back-office of Revo XEF.
2. Click on Integrations.
3. From the Add button, search for Handy.
4. Click on Add to add the integration.

Note: The Quick Sale method allows you to place orders quickly without being associated with any table.
6. Click on Save.
6. COMMON PROBLEMS
| Problem | Possible Cause | Solution |

| "Device not active" message | Device limit reached | You will check your active devices in the back-office. Remember that Handy counts as an extra device. |
