Indeed, you can export a list of all your products very easily.

Select Groups and then List.

Then, the Export CSV button shows up on the top right.

Note: You can open the exported .csv file without problems with Microsoft Excel or Mac Numbers. In addition, you can print it from there if you want it in paper format.
