The Smart POS CM5 and the Smart POS CM35 are Android POS devices with integrated Pinpad and a 58mm thermal printer. Both terminals are compatible with ItosPayGest, ITOS's Cloud Platform for managing payment devices and apps for financial institutions. These payment devices have, among other features, PCI PTS POI Security Certification.


1. HOW TO REQUEST A TERMINAL?

We will get in touch with Comercia and make the request for the Smart POS CM5 or Smart POS CM35.

Note: Currently, the device is compatible with LaCaixa bank.


2. PRELIMINARY CONSIDERATIONS

Once we have the terminal in our hands, whether it's the CM5 or CM35, we need to perform a series of checks.

1. Look for the ISO8583 Service app on the terminal.



2. Press the Maintenance option.



3. Enter the password: 12369874 and press Confirm.



4. Press the Change parameters option.



5. From the following screen, we need to note the IP address and confirm that the Terminal ID and Merchant ID fields are correctly filled.
If there is an error, contact the bank for modification.
