If the orders do not reach the KDS
, there are several steps to see where the problem is:
- Check that all devices, including the iPad with the
KDS
, are on the same Wi-Fi. - Check that the IP of the
KDS
(Swipe down the Options button in the KDS) is the same as the one in the printer setup at the backend. - Make sure that the iPad with
Revo
can access the iPad with the` KDS (pinging). - If all the above is ok, restart the
KDS
app. - If it still does not work, restart the
KDS
iPad and the router.
