Does the cash drawer not open when closing an order?

  • Check that the device closing the order is connected to the right WiFi. To do this, exit Revo and go to Settings. If you are not connected to the right Wi-Fi, skip the network by entering the icon of the i. Once this is done, connect to the right wifi.
  • Check that the cash drawer printer shows a green light and does not give back any error.
  • Check that the RJ11 cable coming out of the cash drawer is connected to the printer and/or is not damaged.
  • Check that you have the cash drawer properly selected in the Revo Preferences.

Note: If you get back a message saying: "Error - you do not have permissions", it means that your user cannot open the cash drawer. It will only open when an order is collected/closed.
