Discounts allow us to apply a discount to certain products in an order, on the entire order, or in both cases. This means that we can apply two simultaneous discounts on a single order, applying a discount to a product and to the entire order.
1. CONFIGURATION IN THE BACK-OFFICE
1. Access the back-office of Revo RETAIL.
2. Click on Configuration / DISCOUNTS
3. Click on +New.

-

-

4. Click on Save.
2. APPLY DISCOUNTS IN THE APP
Adding a discount in the app is simple. We have two types of discounts, on the order or on the product.
1. To apply a discount on the order.
Simply click on the discount button and select the one you are interested in:
You will see that the discount is already applied to the order:
If you want to remove a discount from the order, simply click on the discount, swipe left, and click Delete.
2. If you want to apply a discount to a specific product.
Click on the added product, and you will see the Discount option.
Select the discount you are interested in and Save.
You will see the discount on the product.
If you want to remove a discount from the product, click on the product, select the discount, and click on the discount in the Selected section and Save.
Note: You can apply discounts to both products and the order simultaneously. This means that if a product already has a discount applied, when applying a discount to the order, it will take into account the final value of the product already discounted, for example: if you have a product (27.80 €) to which you have applied a 30% discount (-5.56 €), the final value of the product will be 22.24 €. This value will be taken into account when applying the discount to the order.
