Is Revo RETAIL an offline application? The answer is NO. Can I work with Revo RETAIL WITHOUT INTERNET? Without a doubt, YES.

What is the difference between the two?

Well, Revo RETAIL is a Cloud application, which means it requires a full internet connection. Nevertheless, the application is capable of working without the internet for a certain period.

Is there a time limit for working offline? In reality, no, but it is recommended to keep it as short as possible to ensure all data is correctly saved on the server and there is no risk of losing information.

In summary, it is recommended to always work with an internet connection, but if there is ever a problem, and you don't have a connection, you can work without any issues, and the system will operate fully. During the time when we are not synchronizing with the Cloud, the orders will be saved on the iPad, and when the internet connection is restored, they will be uploaded and synchronized automatically with the server.

IMPORTANT: Until the orders have been synchronized with the server, it is crucial not to delete the application under any circumstances, as otherwise, the orders will be lost.


How to detect that we are working WITHOUT the Internet

1. When the icon appears in white, it indicates that you are working online and synchronizing with the Cloud. Under normal conditions, this will be the default working method.



2. When there is no internet connection, the number of sales not synchronized with the Cloud appears in orange above the icon .



Note: It is recommended to find a solution to the internet problem and try to stay offline for the least amount of time for the security of your data.

3. When the internet connection returns, the number of sales will turn green, and all will start synchronizing automatically until the icon returns to its initial state.
