Is Revo RETAIL an offline app? The answer is NO. Can you use Revo RETAIL WITHOUT INTERNET? Yes.

What’s the difference?

Revo RETAIL is a Cloud app, so it requires internet. Still, you can keep working without it for a while.

Is there a time limit? There’s no fixed limit, but the shorter, the better. That way, your data is safely stored on the server.

In short, it’s best to always work with internet, but if you lose connection, you can keep using the system with no issues. While offline, your orders are saved on the iPad. Once the internet is back, everything syncs automatically with the server.

IMPORTANT: If your orders haven’t synced yet, don’t delete the app, or you’ll lose them.


How to know if you're WITHOUT internet

1. If the icon is white, you're online and syncing with the Cloud. This is the usual status.



2. If you lose connection, a number in orange appears over the icon, showing the sales NOT synced to the Cloud.



Try to fix the issue and reconnect as soon as possible to keep your data safe.

3. When internet comes back, the number turns green and all sales begin to sync until the icon returns to normal.
