One of the most common errors when closing/cashing out a sale is selecting an incorrect payment method, for example, pressing "cash" when the customer has paid by card or vice versa. With Revo RETAIL, we can correct this error very easily, with or without the receipt.


How to change the payment method for a sale without the receipt

1. Access the menu r.

2. Tap on Invoices.



3. Select the invoice from the left-hand list.

Note: You have the option to use the calendar if the invoice you need to modify is not from the current day.

4. At the bottom right, tap on the .



5. Choose the correct payment method from the list that appears. You won't see the change until you access the invoice again.

6. Exit Invoices by tapping on in the top-left corner.


How to change the payment method for a sale with the receipt

1. Access the menu r.

2. Tap on Search Invoice.



3. Manually enter the invoice number or, if you have the receipt physically, you can scan it with a Bluetooth barcode reader or with the camera of your iPad.

4. At the bottom right, tap on the .



5. Choose the correct payment method from the list that appears. You won't see the change until you access the invoice again.

6. Exit the invoice by tapping on in the top-left corner.
