From the back-office you can configure Reservation Notifications.
1. Log in to the back-office.
2. Go to Settings / Reservation Notifications.
⚠️ Note: You cannot enable both email and SMS simultaneously.
📧 Emails
- Send email notifications: Enable to send booking details by email.
- Booking confirmation: Customer confirms booking via email (Pending state).
- Booking cancellation: Cancellation via email according to policy.
- Booking reminder: Automatic reminder sent.
- When: Select lead time from the dropdown.
📲 SMS
⚠️ Requires an active SMS service with your distributor.
- SMS Sender: Name shown as sender.
- Booking confirmation: Customer confirms via SMS (Pending state).
- Booking cancellation: Direct cancellation via SMS.
- Booking reminder: Automatic SMS reminder.
- When: Select lead time from the dropdown.
