From the back-office you can configure Reservation Notifications.



1. Log in to the back-office.
2. Go to Settings / Reservation Notifications.

⚠️ Note: You cannot enable both email and SMS simultaneously.

📧 Emails

  • Send email notifications: Enable to send booking details by email.
  • Booking confirmation: Customer confirms booking via email (Pending state).
  • Booking cancellation: Cancellation via email according to policy.
  • Booking reminder: Automatic reminder sent.
  • When: Select lead time from the dropdown.

📲 SMS

⚠️ Requires an active SMS service with your distributor.

  • SMS Sender: Name shown as sender.
  • Booking confirmation: Customer confirms via SMS (Pending state).
  • Booking cancellation: Direct cancellation via SMS.
  • Booking reminder: Automatic SMS reminder.
  • When: Select lead time from the dropdown.
