WHAT ARE 360 CUSTOMERS?
If you enable the 360 customers option, you’ll be able to share customers, customer groups, and gift cards from a single database across all REVO solutions, as well as between Master accounts and their Child accounts. This avoids having to create them multiple times.
HOW TO ENABLE THEM?
In Master accounts created from 2025 onwards in Revo XEF, they are enabled automatically. In standard accounts, you’ll need to request activation through technical support.

FAQ
I have an account from before 2025 and want to enable it. What will happen?
Since there are already customers in the account, some may be duplicated. To avoid data loss, the system does not check for duplicates automatically. You’ll need to review them manually.
